You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on the platform, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LegaSecure or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

LegaSecure will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quezon City, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other courts.
